Effective Date: April 27, 2026

This Subscriber Agreement governs your paid subscription to G-7 Membership or G-20 + Exotics Membership ("Subscription") to the 4xForecaster Service. It supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Use.

1. Subscription Tiers and Pricing

G-7 Membership — between $37 and $67 per month; exact price displayed at checkout.

G-20 + Exotics Membership — between $97 and $147 per month; exact price displayed at checkout.

Annual prepaid plans, multi-month plans, or promotional pricing may be offered from time to time and will be disclosed at checkout. All amounts are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of any applicable tax.

2. Billing and Payment

By providing a payment method and clicking "Subscribe Now" at checkout, you authorize 4xForecaster (and our payment processor, Stripe, Inc.) to charge the payment method you provide for the recurring Subscription fee disclosed at checkout, on the recurring schedule disclosed at checkout, until you cancel. You authorize us to retry failed charges and to update your payment-method information through card-network account-updater services.

3. Automatic Renewal

Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period for the same term and at the then-current price disclosed in your account, plus applicable tax, and will continue to renew until you cancel.

How to cancel: You may cancel at any time, free of charge, by clicking the "Click to Cancel" button in your Account settings, or by emailing cancel@4xforecaster.com. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops future charges. You retain access through the end of the then-current billing period.

Free trial or introductory offer: If your Subscription begins with a free trial or introductory price, the free or introductory period will end on the date disclosed at checkout. If you do not cancel before that date, you will be charged the full Subscription price.

Annual reminder: For Subscriptions of one year or more, we will send an annual reminder by email at least 15 days and not more than 45 days before each renewal, disclosing the product, the renewal frequency and amount, and a cancellation link.

Material change notice: We will provide clear and conspicuous notice of any material change to price or terms before the change takes effect.

4. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as follows:

Satisfaction guarantee: If you cancel within seven (7) days of your initial paid Subscription start, you may request a full refund of that initial payment by emailing refunds@4xforecaster.com. The satisfaction guarantee applies once per customer.

Service failure: If we fail to deliver the Service substantially as described for an extended period and are unable to resolve the issue, you may request a pro-rated refund.

Required by law: We will issue refunds where required by applicable consumer-protection statutes.

Termination for breach: If we terminate your Subscription due to your breach, no refund will be issued.

After cancellation, no partial-period refunds will be issued except as required by applicable law.

5. Content License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and timely payment, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access subscriber-only content for your personal, non-commercial, internal use only.

You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, transmit, display, sell, or sublicense any subscriber-only content. You may not post subscriber-only content on any public, private, or semi-public forum, social-media platform, trading room, messaging group, or other channel. You may not use subscriber-only content to develop any machine-learning model or to construct any database.

6. Confidentiality

Subscriber-only content is provided on a confidential basis. You agree to keep it confidential, not disclose it to any third party, and protect it with at least reasonable care. Confidentiality obligations survive termination indefinitely. This Section does not apply to information published in our Free Tier.

7. Account Sharing Prohibition

Each Subscription is licensed to a single natural person for personal, non-institutional use. You may not share your login credentials or permit any third party to use your account. Concurrent log-ins from multiple devices in different locations may result in suspension.

8. Service Availability

We endeavor to publish on a regular schedule but do not guarantee any specific publication frequency, response time, or uptime. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any failure to receive content is to cancel your Subscription.

9. Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your Subscription at any time for breach, suspected fraud, non-payment, or conduct that creates legal or operational risk. Upon termination for cause, you forfeit any unused Subscription period without refund.

10. Tax

You are responsible for all taxes associated with your Subscription except taxes based on our net income.

11. Incorporation

This Subscriber Agreement incorporates by reference the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure, Affiliate Disclosure, and Copyright & DMCA Policy. The arbitration agreement and class-action waiver in the Terms of Use apply to all disputes arising under this Agreement.
