The 4xForecaster website, including without limitation all articles, forecasts, directional-bias commentary, dashboards, models, indicators, charts, methodologies, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, audiovisual content, and the selection, arrangement, and coordination thereof, is protected by United States and international copyright laws, 17 U.S.C. §§ 101 et seq., and is the exclusive property of Dr. David Alcindor unless otherwise indicated. No portion of this website may be reproduced, republished, distributed, transmitted, displayed, broadcast, scraped, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of the copyright owner, except as expressly permitted under the doctrine of fair use, 17 U.S.C. § 107, or as expressly permitted by our Terms of Use.
Specifically Protected Works
The following original works are specifically claimed as the protected intellectual property of Dr. David Alcindor:
The 13-article Macro-to-FX Transmission Series, including titles, structure, analytical framework, charts, illustrations, and accompanying commentary, in all editions and revisions.
The 4xForecaster Dashboard, including its visual design, indicator panels, layout, color palette, taxonomy, and the underlying analytical framework that drives its computations.
The 4xForecaster Macro-to-FX Transmission Framework (the analytical methodology), including its categorical structure, transmission channels, ranking schema, and any associated proprietary terminology.
The "4xForecaster" name and logo as common-law trademarks of Dr. David Alcindor.
Fair Use
Limited quotation of brief excerpts of articles or analyses for the purposes of criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research is permitted under 17 U.S.C. § 107, provided that (a) the quotation does not exceed what is reasonably necessary for the lawful purpose; (b) full attribution is given to "Dr. David Alcindor / 4xForecaster" with a hyperlink to the source page where used online; and (c) the use does not substitute for, or unreasonably impair the market for, the original work. Wholesale copying, paywall circumvention, redistribution of subscriber-only content, AI-training data ingestion, and bulk republication are not fair use and are strictly prohibited.

4xForecaster respects the intellectual property of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. It is our policy to respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement and to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers.

Filing a DMCA Notice
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a written notification must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the URL or sufficient information for us to locate it;
- Contact information for the complaining party;
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly material misrepresentation may result in liability for damages.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your material was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification including: your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief, your contact information, and consent to jurisdiction. Upon receipt, we will provide a copy to the original complainant and restore the material within 10-14 business days unless we receive notice of a court action.
Repeat Infringer Policy
It is our policy to disable, suspend, or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, in compliance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i)(1)(A).
